Quality:
Quality is our culture, every video projector from us has to go through at least 9 times of inspection before being offered to you. These inspections are incoming inspection, QA inspection, assembly line online test, patrol inspection, dust removal test,  aging test,  FQC test, enhanced dust removal test, and Package inspection. All projectors are 100% tested and approved.

Warranty:
Volto projector with a 3-year warranty for the whole machine.
We provide free replacement for consumable parts like the Insulation glass and fan within 12 months.

We usually ship orders according to customers’ demand. If customers don’t have the shipment channels, we will use our reliable shipping agent who has been cooperating with us for over 10 years. The shipping period depends on the shipping methods. Welcome to inquire with us for more about this.

We have refund policy for every projector:
1)/ If the product is damaged due to external forces or human factors, we will not be responsible for refunds.
2)/ We guarantee 100% replacement for any faulty projectors.
If the product has a problem with internal parts, we will refund 100% without any additional cost.

We usually give you a quotation within 48 hours after getting your inquiry during the workday.

The minimum quantity is 1000pcs.
The most cost-effective MOQ is 3000pcs, because this quantity reduces the break bulk distribution cost in comparison with the Qty of 1000pcs.

Samples order is highly welcome for quality evaluation if needed. We have stock that we can ship you immediately, it takes 7-15 days to reach you.

We usually accept T/T for bank transfer, 30% deposits before mass production, 70% balance payment before the order shipment.

For the new order, it usually takes 30-35 days for production.
For the duplicated order, 15-21 days would complete the production.
